About

Snake Country was created by Greg Cruikshank and his three son’s Nick Cruikshank, Andrew Cruikshank and Casey Cruikshank. Greg has been a reptile lover his entire life, so it’s only natural that his boys would follow suit. Snake Country was created to raise, breed, and sell top of the line Boas and Ball Pythons. We began working with Amazon Basin Emerald Tree Boas, which is an extremely rare type of captive boa.  In fact, there are only a handful of amazon basin breeders in the world. After a few successful years of breeding amazon basins, we decided to branch out to other boa constrictor and ball python morphs. We quickly grew our collection from 20 snakes to 200 snakes which meant it was time to move to a larger facility (out of our house). Our facility now contains hundreds of boas and pythons, breeding over 100 females annually, and delivering 1000’s of babies each year. With a wide variety of snakes from the most diverse Ball Python and Boa Constrictor morphs to exotic Reticulated Pythons, Anacondas, Mexican King Snakes, Black Headed Pythons, Crested Geckos and other reptiles, we try to maintain a collection that will offer animals for beginner reptile hobbyists to the most serious breeder or investor.

It is our hope that you enjoy our website and the animals we produce. If we do not have a specific snake you’re looking for, we are more than likely breeding for those genetics and will have something available soon.  Please contact us any time and we will be more than happy to help answer any questions you have and help locate the genetics you’re looking for. It is our goal to provide the highest quality snakes as well as the highest customer service to assist you.  We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support, as well as fellow breeders for their friendship and advice over the years. This business has been very good to us and we look forward to what the future holds.
